Hooray!!! Our new playground is complete, but the old playground behind the children’s wing is still under construction.  So it will be very important for children not to be out in that area without parent supervision!  The safety and welfare of our children is of utmost importance.  The playground equipment is designed for kids 4-12 years old. We have a smaller inside, courtyard playground for our children 1-3 years old.

Mark your calendars! The Children’s Ministry Playground Grand Opening celebration is on May 19th from 4- 6pm.  Children (4th grade and under) and their families (no matter the age of siblings) are invited to attend. The children may play on the new playground equipment; enjoy the giant inflatable slide (special for this day) and the bounce house (for younger siblings). They may also bring their riding toys and/or bikes.  We’ll even have a game of kickball and/or recycle ball in the open fenced-in area for older kids.  The activities will begin at 4 pm.  Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the fellowship. There will be popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cones, and drinks for everyone.  Our celebration time will end with a family devotional time from 5:30 – 6 pm.   See you there!  (If it rains we will reschedule.)
