The Bridge Dinner is almost here!  We are excited to host our guests for this annual Christmas event!  If you volunteered to help but missed the email with info, please check out the info below.

NOTE: The groups with an asterisk (*) need more volunteers!

*Snack Sacks and Luminaries: Meet in foyer at 2:00 p.m.

*Balloons: Meet in foyer at 2:00 p.m.

*Desserts: Meet in kitchen at 2:00 p.m.

Bus Riders: Meet outside of offices at 3:15 p.m.

Food Platers: Meet in Reception Room at 4:00 p.m.

*Food Servers: Meet in youth wing at 4:30 p.m.

Security and Medical: Meet in Security office at 4:30 p.m.

*Door Greeters: Meet in tiled entryway (south end of building) at 4:30 p.m.

*Table Hosts: Meet in main auditorium at 4:30 p.m. (Please email Katie@brentwoodhills.org if you would like to serve as a table host.  Hosts should be high school age or older.)

*Clean Up: Meet in the FLC at 6:00 p.m.

*Backpack and Snack Sack Distribution: Meet in tiled entryway (south end of building) at 6:15 p.m.
