TODAY’S UPDATES:
• Rebekah and Robert McMurtry, David's parents, are both seriously ill with cancer. They live in Goodlettsville.
Lib Long is in St. Thomas #728 with diverticulitis but hopes to be released tomorrow. No visitors, please.
Carolyn Wilson is scheduled for cataract surgery Monday.

RECENT UPDATES:
• Cory Roberson, son of Bob and Susan Roberson, had hernia repair yesterday in Columbus, OH.
• Dave Davis, nephew of Patsy Cox, was buried this week in Oklahoma City after a battle with cancer.
• Betty Aston was able to return home on Monday.
• Linda Green is recovering at home from heart by-pass surgery.
• Leah Bradshaw’s 93-year-old grandfather, Jesse Callihan, is suffering from pneumonia. Leah is spending this week in Huntsville, TX helping with his care.
• Bobbie Patterson, Janiece Wise’s mother, is improving in Huntsville rehab.
• Kent Gallaher’s mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. She is at home in Waynesboro, TN
• Morgan Risley is in his stint of two weeks of inactivity.

WHAT’S HAPPENING…
HONORING BROTHER DAILEY
Please make plans to join us this Sunday night, August 1, to celebrate with Clarence Dailey upon his 70th year of preaching! He and Mary have meant so much to the Brentwood Hills family, and they continue to be a source of light and love to this congregation. We know you won’t want to miss this special event! Brother Dailey will preach this Sunday evening during our 6:00 service, and afterwards we will honor him and Mary at a reception in the Family Life Center. Please bring finger foods and desserts for a light supper and make plans to join us on Sunday evening!

LOVE BEARS WORKSHOP—An organizational meeting was held July 25 and there was a lot of interest to bring back the Love Bears Ministry. A workshop is planned for August 14 at 9:00 a.m. in the reception room. Muffins and Coffee/Juice will be served. Contact person: Sheryll Proctor
